Recently we hosted a French couple who had been helping improve rice yields on tiny islands near Madagascar! She was a Hydrology expert and he was an organic farming expert. This couple were also WWOOFing (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms) around Australia.

Wouldn't this be one of the most rewarding times in your life? When I have spent time in a remote Indigenous Australian community the cultural exchange and rewards are lifelong.
