My Lovely Holiday - Alexandra age 10

I was really excited because we were going on holiday to Maldon and we were swapping houses. When we were in the town we were really suprised because it was old and antique. It looked really nice. Then we went to the house we were staying at. They had five guinea pigs and a dog called matches.
My brother and I liked playing with the other children's toys and exploring their land. The children had a billy cart and my brother sat in it with the dog on his knee while I pushed it around the house.
We went on a horse and cart, the horses name was Terry and Tangles. It rained a lot - but the house was good and it was fun.
