Liverpool fan in Chile

Travelling around South America it was often difficult for my Liverpool crazy husband to watch matches. We were near Santiago with a big match coming up so I decided on a different approach.

As regular users of Couchsurfing we are members of many groups including Liverpool fanatics. If you go into the group and bring up a list of members you will find a map at the end showing their location.

Amazingly there was one in Santiago, not only that but a lad from England and his Aussie partner. We hooked up with Mark & Di, stayed for 5 nights to take in 2 matches and have become good friends.

They have now re located to Liverpool so with luck our next visit with them will enable the lads to go to a match.

Another great Couchsurfing experience for us.
